Meet Felix

Felix has been a part of the Rhode Island real estate community since 1999. Growing up between Brooklyn, NY, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Felix has a unique understanding of both the urban and suburban real estate markets. His first taste of the industry was at the age of 14 when he translated for his Spanish speaking parents who were first time home buyers in Massachusetts. This experience ignited his passion for helping others, particularly those for whom English is a second language, build wealth through real estate investments.

With over two decades of experience in the industry, Felix has developed a keen eye for the market trends and the skills necessary to help his clients navigate the complex real estate process. He understands that buying or selling a home is a significant decision and works tirelessly to ensure that his clients make informed decisions that align with their goals. Felix also has a particular interest in real estate investment and has made a successful career out of investing in properties.
